These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 77casino platform, accessible at 77casino.club ("the Platform," "77casino," "we," "us," or "our"). The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

All financial transactions on the 77casino platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77casino supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 77casino processes most withdrawal requests within four (4) hours of approval, subject to verification requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77casino platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where collusion is possible.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.

All content on the 77casino platform — including but not limited to the 77casino brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77casino platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 77casino content without prior written consent.

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical or technical errors.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.

77casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77casino account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

77casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the 77casino Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a linked payment account.

Upon termination for cause, 77casino reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
